Before You Log a Ticket

  • Reboot Your Equipment

    Power off both your Fibre Box (ONU) and Wi-Fi Router. Wait 30 seconds, then power them back on.

  • Check the Lights

    Look at your Fibre Box. If you see a red "LOS" light, a cable is broken. Please mention this in your report.

  • Verify Speeds

    If you have connectivity but it feels slow, please run a speed test before reporting.
